Hi all, as you know we are in the midst of an unusual heat wave. And am I glad I had the radiant barrier installed!!
For almost a week [and counting] it's been 95~100F outside. Inside, our 3 story townhouse, it's a steady and comfortable 80F w/o using A/C. We only turn on the A/C at 10pm to circulate the air before going to bed.
We believe this product has helped conserve energy and save money. For the six months we've had it installed, the savings has already covered the cost!! Thanks for the great product. It was easy to install on the rafters!!

I Installed this product on my rental property while doing a renovation. The property is 100 sf smaller than my home. Both houses are in the same neighborhood and of the same age, 50 years old. There are just two people in my house and my rental has a family of four. All the appliances, heat and A/C are electric in both houses. The electric bills this past summer were consistently $60 to $70 less per month. The product paid for itself in less than four months!

This Xtreme is very durable and really does block the heat. We could tell while we were installing it; it was much cooler standing underneath the sections already completed. Can't wait to see our next electric bill.
