RadiantGUARD® radiant barrier installs easily in either
existing or new construction, requiring no special tools or protective clothing.
It reduces both heating and cooling costs and is appropriate for a wide range of applications.
Our Standard
radiant barrier, as an entry level version, is not recommended for staple-up
installations. If you plan to staple-up the radiant barrier or use as a
house wrap, we recommend our more durable Premium and Ultima radiant barrier
products.
Our
Premium radiant barrier should be used when the project calls
for strong material and is for new and
retrofit residential home attic and wall installations.
Our Ultima
radiant barrier product is our strongest grade aluminum foil. Ultima should be
used for contractor-grade applications and is ideal when you need the ultimate in
strength and durability. It is extremely durable and is our most popular
selling radiant barrier version for new and retrofit installations including for
use as a house wrap.
Do you need a
perforated or solid radiant barrier?
Standard
and Premium
are only
available in a perforated version.
Ultima is offered in both a
"perforated" and "solid vapor barrier" version. For all attic
installations, we recommend "perforated."
